The vote ratifying the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as FPL Group's independent registered public accounting firm for 2009 was 343,727,113 for, 4,740,244 against and 1,299,802 abstaining.
The vote to approve the material terms under the FPL Group Amended and Restated Long Term Incentive Plan for payment of performance-based compensation as required by Internal Revenue Code section 162(m) was 268,642,165 for, 18,460,726 against and 2,084,594 abstaining.
